What I love about this chia pudding is that it reminds me of Kozyshack rice pudding, which is super creamy and indulgent- only my recipe can be eaten as a high protein breakfast with tons of nutritional benefits!
My Favorite Chia Pudding
1/2 cup chia seeds (I like white ones!)
2 cups Ripple milk (or other non- dairy sub)
2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Place in a mason jar in the fridge at least 1 hour. Optional, add additional cinnamon and berries when serving!
