Chocolate Protein Powder Pancakes

In my third trimester, I need as much energy as I can muster so I've been adding protein to anything I can think of! While I don't love protein powders, my favorite one right now is Nutiva Plant Based Protein Powder, made with no artificial sweeteners. (I cannot currently find this powder not the market and I reached out to the company and found out that they are currently re-formulating it and should be back on the market soon. They also have a Hemp Protein which I haven't tried yet). 


Chocolate Protein Powder Pancakes

1 cup protein powder 

1 cup oats

1 1/2 cups non dairy milk

1 banana, mashed 

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1/4 tsp baking soda 


Blend everything together and cook on medium heat in a skillet with coconut oil.  These can be frozen for later as well.
