These pancakes are a cinch to make and perfect for Passover breakfast!
Grain- Free 3 Ingredient Pancakes
5 bananas, mashed (about 3 cups)
2/3 cup coconut flour
1 cup unsweetened finely shred coconut
Coconut oil spray for the pan
Mix bananas and coconut flour first then add shredded coconut. Mix well. Heat up a pancake skillet to medium and spray with coconut oil spray. Make balls with your hands and flatten them down onto the pan. Flip once. Tip with fresh fruit and nut butter.
*Note these pancakes are dense (not fluffy) but still taste delish for a 3- ingredient Passover breakfast!
