Recipe: Very Berry Smoothie

Looking for some new smoothie inspo? Look no further! This super easy smoothie uses coconut water, which is great post- workout to rehydrate! 




Very Berry Smoothie 

1 c  coconut water 

1 frozen banana 

1 c mixed berries- blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, frozen is best

1 scoop pea or hemp protein 

1 tbsp coconut oil 

Blend everything together and enjoy! You can also add 1/2 shredded beet for an antioxidant boost!
