Hi everyone! I am Michelle Gindi, founder of Buddha Bowls and Burpees. Several years ago, I embarked on a journey to make myself feel well. I tried every elimination diet, supplement, wellness fad and fitness program. Over time I began to see that wellness comes from truly nourishing your body with what it needs, no matter what restrictions you are working with! I learned a myriad of tips, tricks and recipes along the way and was inspired to teach others the wonders of eating and living well. I became certified as a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and now coach children as young as 4 and motivate children and adults alike to get healthy!
