I don't know who can relate, but as someone who cooks A LOT, I often suffer from food fatigue - I get sick of foods very easily - for example, there was about an entire year that I couldn't look at zucchini noodles - I just wanted the trend to go away (after a year, I decided I liked it again...) When I started making this smoothie, I figured I'd be sick of the combination within a week, but its been on the rotation for months and I cannot get enough of these flavors!
Summertime Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
1/2 cup wild blueberries
non dairy milk (for a smoothie bowl use 8oz milk, for a smoothie cup use 10-12 oz milk)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon golden flax seeds
1/2 scoop protein powder, optional (I used chocolate flavor which was delicious)
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender jar and blend. If making a smoothie bowl, top with coconut shreds, cacao nibs, more seeds and fruit.
