So out of my two kids, one is obsessed with this pudding and the other refuses to try it! This recipe makes two portions perfect for me and my oldest!
Gluten Free Chocolate Pudding
1 ripe and soft avocado, refrigerated one day
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
1/2 banana (can be frozen)
3 tablespoons coconut cream or non- dairy milk
Blend everything together and spoon into 2 ramekins. Refrigerate an hour and enjoy!
