Spiced Passover Coconut Oatmeal

I love grain free breakfasts.  In this one, I use coconut and almond flour to make a mock version of oatmeal. 

 

 

Spiced Passover Coconut Oatmeal 

2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut

2 tablespoons of almond flour

3/4 cup non- dairy milk

1/2 banana, 

1/4 tsp  turmeric

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

1 tablespoon chia seeds. 

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Microwave 2 minutes or cook over the stove about 5 minutes.
