This vegan french toast is easy enough for your weekly morning routine. Plus my kids love it with a little bit of maple syrup!
Vegan French Toast
2 slices of bread (we like Ezekiel raisin bread), defrosted
1/4 cup chickpea flour
1/3 cup non- dairy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
Whisk all batter ingredients and soak sliced bread into the mixture. Cook in a skillet. Top with fruit, maple syrup and hemp seeds.
